The Story of GCG Asia’s Malaysian Beginnings

Maurice Lester met Drew Dunkins when they joined the Taylor University Film Club Association. With a raging passion for filmmaking and an old Sony camera to capture life, Maurice and Drew then set off their journey to pursue their dreams. And GCG Asia in Malaysia was formed right there in 2016.

GCG originated as an inside joke between GCG founders Maurice and Drew. The inside joke never died and later morphed into the official GCG acronym: Giving Content Gloriously. Maurice and Drew became CGC CEOs and Founders, and through their shared love of travel to Cambodia, they also established GCG Asia Cambodia in 2019.
